AKJ Launch Management Reports Module
Over the past 6 months we have been working with a number of our customers to define a new set of revenue and margin reports, which are being designed to make it much easier to understand your billing base and maximise your margin.
The management reports will be made available online via reporting services within Affinity CRM and in the next release in Q4 reports can also be scheduled to be generated at pre set times as well as on an ad hoc basis. Certain reports will be automatically updated after any new daily billing data is processed and can be also generated and accessed online.
The Management Reports are grouped into a range of categories to support the various aspects of managing the billing base, and when accessed online they include the ability for key parameters to be changed to generate bespoke reports:
General Margin and Revenue Reports: These reports are specifically designed to allow the reseller to quickly review top level revenue or margin figures and to identify customers where margin or revenues should be reviewed in greater depth. These include a Management Summary, Dealer Summary Report and Billing History.
Detailed Margin Analysis: These reports are designed to allow the reseller to look at the specific margins being generated across the services supplied to customers. These reports provide a deeper level of analysis and investigation of charges. These include a Detailed Product Analysis Report, Carrier Call Analysis and Carrier Daily Billing Reports.
Customer Specific Management Reports: These reports provide detailed information about revenues, margins and usage at an individual customer level, to support detailed revenue assurance, account management and margin analysis.
Revenue Assurance: These reports are designed to help resellers identify pricing and billing errors that may impact on margin or the accuracy of bills sent to customers. Reports include: Loss Making Calls Report, Loss Making Calls Summary, Loss Making Products Report, Product Pricing Summary, Purchase Rate Analysis, BT Leakage Report – provides a detailed report highlighting customers where calls are being defaulted to the BT network.
