AKJ Launch Prospects Module

Whilst Affinity CRM has to date been able to support existing customers; it has only had limited ability to manage prospects and opportunities. We are pleased to report that we have now completed development of the new prospects and opportunities module which allows resellers to track and monitor all of their sales activity and to report on their sales pipeline.

The system offers a wide range of features including:

  • Capture and Store Prospects Details
  • Record and Store Notes, Tasks, Documents
  • Create sales “Opportunities” against Customers or Prospects
  • Simply create your own unique Sales Lifecycle
  • Create % Sales Probability against each stage of the sales lifecycle
  • Report upon sales opportunities by lifecycle stage, sales person, dealer, product

The module fully integrates into the Affinity CRM tasks management system, meaning that you can control and manage all of your opportunities from within the system, providing you with full visibility of what your sales force are working on at any time, and ensuring that valuable information stays with your business even when your sales team changes.
