AKJ Release Improved Management Reports

AKJ is pleased to be able to offer a fully revised set of Billing Management Reports for our reseller customers. These reports are designed to provide our customers with a wide range of information to help manage revenues and margins and to identify exceptions that warrant investigation before billing runs are signed off.
The Management Reports will be made available within the Reports section of the Affinity CRM menu. As the reports are generated in real time, many of them will be automatically updated after any new daily billing data is processed, giving you as close to real time management information as is possible.
The Management Reports are grouped into a range of categories to support various aspects of managing a billing base, and when accessed online a number of the reports include the ability for key parameters to be changed to generate bespoke reports.
