AKJ Release Independent Report Findings
Earlier this year Aurora Kendrick James commissioned business analyst firm Quocirca to conduct and produce an independent report into how the corporate market currently views and manages telecoms expense management (TEM).
The results highlighted that many companies naively think they are doing a reasonable job managing their telecoms expenses, but the reality is that most could do more at both ends of the problem – usage and billing.
The findings emphasised that TEM is not a one off exercise, and like the careful regular accounting of budgets, has to take place on a sufficiently frequent basis for the organisation to properly manage and optimise its total telecommunications estate.
