AKJ Release New Prospects & Opportunities Module

Capturing key information about potential customers and measuring the value of opportunities is an essential aspect of sales management. AKJ’s new Prospect & Opportunities module is designed to provide resellers with a range of tools that are specifically tailored to the telecoms sector, not only allowing you to capture and report upon prospect company and contact details, but also store specific information including line details, mobile, broadband and PBX system information.
As prospects can also be existing customers, the new module allows prospecting information and opportunities to be stored against both Prospects and Existing Customers. Importantly however the new system allows you to convert a prospect into a customer once you have won the business, meaning that all of that valuable prospecting information and history remains in your system.
The Opportunities tool allows you to create and report upon your own sales lifecycle, and against each individual opportunity you can store a wide range of information including, one off and recurring revenue values, input costs, lead sources and of course next action dates. As the Prospect & Opportunity tools are fully integrated into Affinity CRM, our customisable Views also allow you to rapidly create your own target prospect lists. Finally the new tools are fully supported by a new range of prospect reports which show an at a glance view of your up to date prospect bank.
