AKJ Team Grows
The growing AKJ team shows no sign of stopping with a new Finance Manager and Marketing Manager and with the creation of a dedicated Account Management team as well as a Project Management team to handle work flows. As AKJ grows it is important, as a business, to never forget the small business mentality – that customer service is the most important function of any business. So with that in mind we have created dedicated teams for the sole purpose of looking after our customer’s needs and requests.
What with the team growing so quickly, we have found it important to allow time for people to get to know each other and to understand how the business functions as a whole, not just from the perspective of one job role.
Matt Atkinson, MD at AKJ says “Team events are paramount to a healthy working environment. We have regular events for members of AKJ where we can all let our hair down and build on internal relationships so that barriers are broken between teams and everyone feels like an integral part of AKJ, which is what they are.”
