AKJ to Hold WLR3 Seminars
Aurora Kendrick James, as a third party integrator in association with Openreach , are pleased to invite you to a seminar of case studies, demonstrations and best practice advice focusing on how WLR3 can improve your provisioning process.
Held at two locations in the South and in the North, we will be hosting a series of short talks covering how WLR3 works, how Aurora Kendrick James have integrated with the provisioning system and how our gateway is currently being used in a BAU environment with a Q&A session at the end. The seminars will be held on the following dates:
Wednesday 24th June 2009 - Openreach Offices, Gatwick
Tuesday 7th July 2009 - Openreachs’ Dial House, Manchester
AKJ is now in the final stages of developing our integrated WLR3 solution for digital lines, and we already have tens of thousands of lines fully operational on WLR3. We are therefore pleased to announce that we are now commencing the planning process for migrating our customers from WLR2 to WLR3.
After months of speculation, Openreach has now formally announced its planned timetable for the withdrawal of WLR2, including the Service Provider Gateway portal (SPG).
This announcement is important as it sets the deadlines by which CP’s will need to migrate from WLR2 to WLR3. In line with Openreach’s previous commitments on WLR3, the migration will be completed by the end of June 2011.
