Alternative Networks Acquires AKJ
We are pleased to announce that AKJ has become part of the Alternative Networks plc (AN) group of companies.
The acquisition will see AKJ remain as a separate technology business whose long term focus will remain on providing billing and customer care software to the UK's telecoms and IT markets; however with increased resources the business will develop a range of new technologies which will continue to help all of our customers to differentiate their services from competitors and to streamline their back office operations.
What Does it Mean for AKJ’s Customers?
More Resources - the acquisition will accelerate the development of the AKJ product set and there is an opportunity to significantly build upon the AKJ technologies to develop new products and services that can help all of our customers to further differentiate their services in the market.
Business as Usual - AKJ will continue to operate as a standalone business and Matt Atkinson, Ian Atkins and Derek Watson will continue to run the business and have made long term commitments to stay with AKJ.
Financial Strength - AN’s financial position provides long term security for AKJ and its customers.
Development Roadmap - AKJ remains dedicated to providing customers with a long term published development roadmap providing customers with a clear understanding of how the AKJ products will develop.
