Footballing Legends
We recently entered our talented Five a Side football team into the Comms Dealer 5-A-SIDE Challenge in Leicester with all entry fee proceeds going to the worthwhile charity Children with Leukemia.
Sadly the AKJ Tigers (thank the orange kits for that title) were defeated fairly early on, probably because nobody mentioned there would be professional ex footballers playing such as Paul Merson – this is the official AKJ reason for the lack of winning.
However a great day was had by all with our dedicated team taking some comfort in that their discomfort from various footballing injuries meant that at least they had helped a worthy cause.
We’ll expect more training sessions and befriending of celebrity footballers to return next year with a vengeance.
Well done boys, we’re all still very proud.
