New Management Reporting Services from AKJ
As part of the roll out of Affinity CRM (AKJ’s replacement for the current Affinity platform), we are now in the final testing stage of the new management reporting module. This upgrade to the system is designed to provide our customers with an improved level of management information to help our customers proactively manage their revenues and margins.
The management reports will be made available online via reporting services within Affinity CRM and selected reports can also be scheduled to be generated at pre set times or run on an ad hoc basis. Certain reports will also be automatically updated after any new daily billing data is processed and can be also generated and accessed online.
The management reports are grouped into a range of categories to support the various aspects of managing the billing base, and when accessed online they include the ability for key parameters to be changed to generate bespoke reports:
General Margin and Revenue Reports - includes a detailed management summary, billing summary reports covering a breakdown of revenue and margin for each customer and invoice. Also included will be dealer summary reports, billing history, a call management summary covering top level call revenue and margin information summarised by carrier in addition to calls billing history and products billing history.
Detailed Margin Analysis - includes fully itemised margin analysis of all products billed with key alerts and call revenues and margin broken down by carrier and time of day. Customer Specific Management Reports - includes a carrier destination summary, detailed product reports and 13 month revenue and margin summary.
Revenue Assurance - provides itemised details of all calls sold for less than purchase costs, itemised details of all products sold for less than registered purchase costs and a BT Leakage Report detailing customers where calls are being defaulted to the BT network.
Fraud Monitoring Reports - includes daily CLI revenue monitoring, details on high cost calls, a summary of individual CLI’s making repeat low duration calls to specific destinations, a range of itemised CLIs detailing calls that are more commonly associated with fraudulent activity (Premium Rate, Satellite Calls, Operator, International).
Ratecard Generation - ability to extract dealer specific tariff scheme ratecards as well as those of individual customers.
Billing Administration Reports - these reports provide details of a range of checks that should be carried out on a regular basis to ensure that administration errors can be quickly highlighted such as invoices without post codes, no payment methods set and incomplete invoices.
