Roadmap Updates Add Real Value

Over the last week, AKJ have held two Roadmap Update events covering the North and the South. The purpose of these events was to highlight new functionality within the Affinity CRM billing platform, which was shaped by what our customers requested from the Technology Roadshow event held last year.

The topics covered generic updates to the system, new modules now available and also a look at pipeline projects which have been requested by customers but involve a greater degree of development where the most requested, based on feedback collated, should be available later this year.

All those who left feedback commented that the event was of real value and a good refresher on what additional functionality the system could offer, therefore improving business operations further.

A brief overview of topics covered throughout the events:

An Overview of New Modules - This section looked at the newly released modules based on feedback from last years event. AKJ can now offer Dealer Branding Templates, WebBill Plus, Auto CDR Collection and SLA’s & Hardware.

WLR3 Update - After a brief overview of where we are, Tom Jasnikowski, our new guru on all things WLR3, highlighted the new features lined up including a new revenue opportunity to identify and modify PSTN lines, making a saving for CP’s.

Generic Updates Available - Thirteen generic updates were unveiled which are now available to customers free of charge. These updates to the Affinity CRM have been designed based on feedback gathered from customers and are enhancements to existing functionality which will improve the way the system is utilised.

Proposed Pipeline Projects - Future projects were discussed and interest gauged including email integration, contract management as well as new and advanced reporting options.
