Roadmap for Future Development Update
AKJ have now consolidated all of the valuable feedback gratefully received from our recent Technology Roadshow held at The Belfry last month.
Those who contributed ideas, did so in volume and we are pleased to say that we have had to spend some time looking at the results. This valuable information has been consolidated into a shortened list, highlighting the most requested improvements and have been placed under the following headings:
Analysis & Reporting
Billing & CRM
WebBill
Hardware & Maintenance
Provisioning
Reconciliation
Prospecting & Opportunities
Miscellaneous/Other Functionality
We have asked all of our customers to prioritise these suggestions for new and improved functionality within the Affinity CRM. Once all of the forms have been received we will complete the final review and we look forward to releasing the future development roadmap later in the year.
