Technology Roadshow a Success
The recent Technology Roadshow held at The Belfry in Birmingham, was a huge success. AKJ's customers were all invited to attend the two day interactive event, where each customer was asked to contribute ideas to future development on how the market leading Affinity billing platform could improve their business operations.
Claire Burfield from Eurolink said 'Thanks to one and all for a superb event. The whole concept was excellent and it was great to see the developments and be involved with how things are to move forward.'
Nigel Walker from Ardencom commented that it was unheard of for a software company to turn around and ask what customers wanted.
AKJ will shortly be releasing their consolidated feedback outlining the development roadmap for the next 12-18 months.
As the market changes so rapidly AKJ felt it was a worthwhile business decision to involve customers more with the direction and functionality of the billing system that has helped so many resellers to grow in extraordinarily competitive climates.
