WLR3 Customer Collaboration

As the date for the closure of the WLR2 SPG draws closer, we are keen to work with all of our existing WLR3 customers and any who are either in the process of moving to or considering the best timing to move to WLR3 to identify any disparity in order scenarios unsupported on WLR3 that can be achieved under WLR2.
We will then collate these issues, raising the necessary Statements of requirement (SORs) with Openreach and attend the appropriate industry groups in an attempt to push these through to delivery of a solution.
As a starting point, we have already identified the following order scenarios that are unsupported and would welcome your input to enable us to compile a complete list before we commence this process:
-
Modifying Multiline line card conditions
-
Selection of featureline DID (Direct Inward Dial) numbers or bypass number on conversion orders
-
Raising multiline fault against multiple lines on PSTN aux installation under single Siebel ref
-
Raising an Issue – Claiming Compensation – Requesting Compensation via EMP
-
Changing records associated with a live asset with notify the CP (e.g. updating gold address key)
-
Integration of Order Tracker / Fault tracker into EMP
-
Modifying the number of aux lines on a transitioned Multiline PSTN RCF Service
-
Inability to move Standard installations to non standard installation and vice versa
-
Inability to carry out a ‘merge’ across different gold address keys (including merging of PSTN’s into ISDN as SNDDI’s)
-
Inability to ‘split’ an asset to provide service at a different gold address key without disruption to service (e.g. removing an SNDDI and providing as PSTN at another address)
