WLR3 Events a Success
Throughout June and July, AKJ hosted two WLR3 workshops in Gatwick and Manchester to accomodate our customers based throughout the UK. The purpose of the events was to give an overview of the new provisioning system from Openreach and to demonstrate how our integrated gateway helps to take the pain out of placing orders.
The gateway, which is accessable through the AKJ Affinity CRM billing system, has been constructed around an easy flow process, which allows you to view at a quick glance which stage of the wizard you are at, guiding you through the process quickly and easily.
The events were a success with positive feedback from those who attended regarding the presentations from AKJ MD Matt Atkinson, Head of Advanced Technoogy at AKJ, Paul Bennett with special speakers from Openreach and Lyn Jackson from Uniworld, who gave a clear outline of what to expect from a BAU environment.
Uniworld were the first of AKJ's customers to make the transition to WLR3 earlier this year, with the most lines transferred to date standing at just over 20,000 over one night.
