OTA2 Publish February 2010 Update
This month's report shows that at the end of February there were 6.49 million unbundled lines and 6.02 million Wholesale Line Rental lines. The number of telephone numbers using Carrier Pre-Select was 3.62 million. The complete update can be found here.
