Following a number of recent requests, we have updated our glossary of terms, found in our Best Practice Guides section on this website. The lists contains commonly used acronyms and services along with their meanings and additional information that we hope will help our customers to better understand some of the lingo used in the industry. You can find the latest release here.
Additionally, a number of users have recently asked about being provided with a complete list of the response codes to dialogue service requests, order and trouble report creation and KCI’s. The latest list of these codes can be downloaded from the Openreach website.
