Affinity CRM - Bill Presentation

Our suite of customer presentation tools allow your business to provide your customers with online access to their full billing details, helping to reduce your bill production and fulfilment costs, and enabling customers to access a range of self help features. Our Web Billing is supported by customisable e-mail billing, enabling your customers to receive their billing at the earliest point of the month helping to improve your cash collection processes.

The Affinity system can also generate a range of customer management reports, which can be provided electronically or generated automatically as part of the printing process.

 Web Billing

AKJ’s web billing is designed to provide SME and residential customers with instant access to their current and historical invoices and billing data. The system includes a wide range of intuitive features and can even allow customers to report faults or raise queries online.

The solution is fully integrated to the Affinity CRM platform, allowing your customer service team to easily support customers queries about their usage and bills, with access to the same information that the customer sees. Customers can quickly select different billing periods to view and can reprint bills, and download their call data (if made available). All itemised calls can be viewed online (up to a previous day’s unbilled usage) so customers can constantly monitor usage levels or spot usage issues.

With the integrated AKJ Sales Ledger the customer can also be provided with payment history and their current outstanding balance, and where configured this can also support online payment.

For larger customers, the web billing can be expanded to allow telecoms and finance managers to auto log in to access their Cost Centre/Sub Site statements and user level bills. In additional AKJ’s new analysis filter allows customers to rapidly drill down to extract specific calls by destination, duration, cost or user.

Financial benefits from implementing online billing typically are at least £0.75 per bill per month, excluding resource savings and you will automatically reduce your carbon footprint as a result, which is a growing factor that customers take into account when choosing telecoms suppliers.
