Affinity CRM is designed with flexible views, so that your business can easily configure the system to generate and export a wide range of management information including revenue and margin reports, inventory and service analysis and supplier charges reporting. Where your business requires bespoke management reports, our development team can create these to your requirements.
As part of the system, you can also establish customer credit and fraud management rules, allowing you to quickly spot exceptional usage or costs and to highlight when customers exceed credit levels.
AKJ Billing Management Reports
AKJ is pleased to be able to offer a set of Billing Management Reports for our reseller customers. These reports are designed to provide our customers with a wide range of information to help manage revenues and margins and to identify exceptions that warrant investigation before billing runs are signed off.
The Management Reports will be made available within the Reports section of the Affinity CRM menu. As the reports are generated in real time, many of them will be automatically updated after any new daily billing data is processed, giving you as close to real time management information as is possible.
The Management Reports are grouped into a range of categories to support various aspects of managing a billing base, and when accessed online a number of the reports include the ability for key parameters to be changed to generate bespoke reports.
