The AKJ Telecoms Audit can be provided as an Audit Report or Managed Audit service.

For Audit Report customers, AKJ’s Consultants will provide a clear and informative written report containing our detailed cost management recommendations; supported by the analysis and backing data which your organisation needs to manage implementation using internal resources. As part of the service we’ll also present our findings to your team; in a face to face meeting; where the recommendations can be discussed in detail.

Where internal resources are limited, AKJ’s Managed Audit service will also provide the additional resources required to project manage the implementation of any recommendations that you decide to progress with. Our experienced team will work with your internal team and suppliers to ensure that these opportunities are quickly turned into real cashable savings and recoveries.
