For larger customers, Mobile billing creates the need to support a more complex billing hierarchy than fixed line services. Affinity CRM is designed with this in mind and supports multiple level of billing hierarch including end user billing. These billing hierarchies are also supported through our online billing portal down to end user log in.
With full provisioning integration to both O2 and Vodafone the system allows you to provide a real time order and support service to customers, and with integrated credit and fraud management the system helps to reduce the risk of losses through bad debt, abuse and fraud.
